Holand-Omega Announcement

Gad Bitton, President of Holand Leasing Inc. is pleased to announce that the Company has merged with Omega Leasing Canada Ltd., one of the largest and most respected automotive leasing companies in Quebec. Headquartered in Montreal, Omega leases vehicles primarily in Quebec and Ontario.

Holand’s transaction with Omega Leasing marks the latest step in Holand’s corporate evolution as it assumes a leadership role in the Canadian automotive leasing maketplace. As part of the Holand Leasing group, Omega Leasing will continue to operate as a standalone entity under the expert guidance of Steve Favor, who has been named chairman of Omega Leasing. We are delighted to have Steve as an executive member of the growing Holand team. Holad’s financial partners in this transaction were the Bank of Montreal (BMO) and The Royal Bank of Canada (RBC)
